What format is the session?
Video call, phone or in-person in Mallorca — agreed during scheduling.
How long does the process take?
Typically 5–10 working days from briefing submission to delivery of the Decision Memo, depending on complexity and scheduling.
Is the information I share confidential?
Yes. Information shared during the engagement is handled in accordance with agreed terms and applicable privacy obligations.
Can I get a refund?
Given the nature of the engagement, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns about fit, a preliminary conversation before booking is recommended.
